Rustic central 3 bedroom & balcony
- SQM 80
This is a fully licensed wonderful apartment located in the poplular 'El Poble Sec' area, just a 5 minute walk from the Paral lel metro station which gives you easy access to all that Barcelona has to offer.
The apartment itself is in an amazing building well over 100 years old with the original horse and coach parking station situated behind the massive elaborate entrance doors.
In the apartment you have three double bedrooms, an open plan lounge, kitchen and seating area. The whole apartment was renovated a few years back with careful attention to preserve the original features such as the exquisite wooden doors and shutters, along with the traditional catalan ceiling and terracotta mosaic tiled floors.
Just around the corner is a pedestrianised street with great tapas bars, restaurants and a wonderful local atmosphere.
You are within 10 minutes walk from the famous museum MACBA and CCCB, 10 minutes walk from La Ramblas, and 25 minutes walk from the city beaches.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor. There is NO elevator and so please note you do need to take the stairs - 5 flights. In such an old historic building it's part of the charm:)

El Poble Sec has some of Barcelona's best restaurants, tapas bars, and arts institutions. A piece of the original city wall still exists today and can be seen at the end of Avinguda del Paral.lel, running alongside the Museu Marítim de Barcelona. Named Poble Sec—dry village in Catalan—because the neighbourhood had no source of water until the late 19th century when a fountain was built, it holds an important place in the history of Catalunya. With a local feel you are only minutes from the city centre.
With confirmation of booking we send you detailed directions from the airport to here, a list of recommended things to see and do in the surrounding areas.
We also give you an option to order a welcome pack which provides you with some basic groceries ready for your arrival.
